Individual reservations will be grouped into foursomes.
Proceeds will benefit the
Frank Forde Allen / SSOE Scholarship Fund which seeks to provide financial aid annually to a University of Toledo College of Engineering student whom either graduated from Willoughby South High School or is a current Co-Op student with SSOE. |

 Frank attended the University of Toledo's College of Engineering and was expected to graduate Winter Semester, 2008. He was a Co-Op student at SSOE who died in a motorcycle accident on his way to lunch with coworkers on May 23, 2008.
Frank's family chose to honor Frank's life by helping others in need. Life Connection of Ohio facilitated donation of Frank's organs for 8 individuals on transplant waiting lists. Frank's family also established the Frank Forde Allen / SSOE Scholarship Fund. Cash donations will also be accepted at the golf outing.
Team prizes will be given for first, second, and third place.
Additionally, individual prizes will be given for special holes such as longest drive, closest to pin, and longest putt.
A $15,000.00 cash prize will be awarded to the golfer that gets a ‘hole in one’ on the designated hole.
Mulligans will be available for purchase as well. |
