We strongly believe that learning is a lifelong process and we put our money where our mouth is. This includes a well-defined tuition reimbursement program, a full-time training and development staff headed at the Director level, payment for outside seminars, and a full catalog of in-house training seminars. Training Series
Getting Results -
This program targets select employees and provides a roadmap for leadership and professional development. After a two-day seminar, groups of five individuals are formed and given an assignment involving an actual SSOE business problem or opportunity that the group must research and solve. The group continues to meet each month for two-hour coaching sessions. This program often runs over the course of a year and is completed in phases.
Business Building by Design -
This program is designed for those employees who participate in or have an impact on business development activities. It is a year-long, five-part series that covers style, relationship building, sales strategy, the sales process, and a capstone project.
