Provide leadership for Instrumentation and Controls Projects assigned to SSOE’s Midland Office. In this role, the engineer will interface with clients and SSOE team to develop project scopes, estimates and coordinate design activities. This individual must
have consulting experience in process instrumentation, electrical control systems, and process automation.
An ideal candidate will have possess leadership qualities, be able to provide technical assurance of drawing and specifications, as well as provide guidance to junior engineers.
Chemical design experience required.
Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program is required.

The Recruitment Specialist will report to the Manager, Human Resources (TA). Will support the Talent Acquisition team and HR representatives in the recruitment process for open requisitions. The Recruitment Specialist will serve as the main recruiter for the AT SBU. The Recruitment Specialist may be asked to assist the Manager, Human Resources (TA) in special projects.
SSOE is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing healthcare, educational, and commercial team. As a mechanical engineer, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team providing our clients efficient and innovative solutions to their projects. Candidates must have experience in the design, sizing, and selection of mechanical building systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
Electrical Engineer with consulting design experience in electrical power, lighting, and grounding systems for healthcare, education, commercial, and retail buildings. Applicant will act as electrical team leader on selected projects, complete designs using design software, direct designers, AutoCAD operators, and act as support on other projects. Position will report directly to department manager.
Must have good communications skills and some working knowledge of project design, construction, design software, cost, and scheduling.
