Virtual Design and Construction Technology Leader

The VDC Technical Leader will serve as a key leader in the Firm’s Virtual Design and Construction efforts. As a member of the Corporate Global Initiatives VDC Group, you will drive high value innovations and quality workflow improvements within in a diverse team environment. You will be involved in operation project details, planning, and technology execution with an emphasis in LEAN principals.

Looking for experience in one or more of the following:

*AEC Model Management
*Experienced Revit Modeler
*Construction Model Coordination
*Trade or Fabrication Modeling or assembly

Junior Electrical Designer

CAD drafter will create detailed schematics/drawings that will be utilized in the construction of buildings. These detailed technical drawings will incorporate the input of engineers, architects, and surveyors and can specify dimensions, codes, materials, and production methods.

CAD drafter will work within different specialties. (Electrical, Structural, Mechanical). REVIT experience and electrical background will be preferred.

Architect

Architect, that will be part of the project design team performing design support in his/her disciplines. Ideal candidate would be an architect with design, calculation and CAD capabilities. More than years of experience developing industrial projects and with some business development experience.

Electrical Engineer

Our design team in Mexico is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the team in our Leon Guanajuato office. As an electrical engineer you will lead, or support, large scale industrial and manufacturing projects consisting of low and medium power distribution, lighting and communication systems. As part of an international design firm, you will leverage Revit, and other modeling software to provide value based design for our world-class clients.

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist will support the SSOE Mexico Operations Manager in areas of talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources (International), this position will be the front line human resources contact for SSOE Mexico staff, while supporting SSOE Inc. corporate initiatives and programs.

Preferred candidate will have experience working within a MNC environment, ideally a professional services firm. Must be willing to travel locally and internationally as needed.
