SSOE Inc. currently has an exciting career opportunity in our Toledo office for a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, which qualifies for licensure in the state of practice. PE, or PE-tracked preferred, plus eight (8) or more years of related practical experience with former employer(s). Travel required.
Experienced in design of low voltage industrial power distributions systems including motor controls (Medium voltage experience is a plus). Familiar with consultant business practices and ideally some experience in an Automotive facility. Ability to generate bid level documents within short project schedules. Coordinate with Department Manager, Section Manager and Team Leaders for technical solutions & conceptual design. Work with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and scopes.
Team-oriented individual with demonstrated leadership of project team of many technical levels. Understanding of projects and what it takes to put a package together including drawings, scope documents and specifications. Ability to work within project budgets and schedules. Ability to coordinate work with other disciplines.
