SSOE Inc. currently has an exciting career opportunity in our Toledo, OH office for a Senior Structural Engineer.
As a Senior Structural Engineer at SSOE, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead project team and design of structural systems
Mentor young engineers
Provide and manage design budgets and schedules
Develop and review structural details
Prepare and review plans and specifications
Review shop drawings and perform submittal review
Coordinate design activities with other disciplines
Provide field support and observations
Participate in client contact and business development activities

Other duties as assigned.
We seek a talented and highly motivated Structural Engineer with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, and a PE or PE tracked preferred. 10+ years of structural engineering experience in buildings required with an emphasis in structural steel and reinforced concrete preferred. You must be familiar with structural and building codes; industrial facilities experience is desirable.
