SSOE Inc. currently has an exciting career opportunity in our Toledo, OH office for a Senior Piping Designer.
Requirements:
Prepare piping drawings from field notes and green field design. Should know Microstation "J" or AutoCADD 2004 as minimum, MS V8.5 preferred. Must be able to work independantly and direct small teams. Able to prepare P&IDs as directed by supervising engineer, and prepare/direct preparation of piping layouts, plans, sections, details and isometrics as required by specific project. Familiar with chemical piping materials. Cost estimating experience a plus.
A/E experience and chem plant experience desired. Experience with 3D design a plus. Plantspace 3D and/or Triforma 3D and Plant Space Smart P&IDs a double-plus.
High school diploma required. Associate degree in the engineering or architectural fields preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
