SSOE Inc. currently has an exciting career opportunity in our Omaha, NE office for a Senior Project Manager.
Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering required and registration preferred. Shall be responsible for development of a startup plan that effectively integrates all stakeholders into the planning process from early stages of project design through final handover of the qualified process after it has met all Success Criteria established during the plan development process. Startup PM shall develop and manage the organization that properly and effectively integrates all relevant parties into the project. work shall include metrics development and reporting, CQV, Operations T&D, and sign off by all stakeholders that the metrics have been met that are acceptable to the team and plant. Experience in all aspects of food plant projects from concept development, engineering, construction, startup and commissioning. Emphasis upon management of project operations startup is required. This shall include definitions of scope and tasks, resource planning, work management and the relevant reporting of results for all startup phases (commissioning, qualification, and verification CQV). Other duties as assigned.Occasional travel may be required.
