Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Will be required to develop a marketing plan to expand the Retail business in the national market.
- Must be able to provide strategic input for Retail business developement.
- Must be able to make cold calls and follow calls to develop new client relationships.
- Must be able to coordinate, write/design proposals/presentations/qualification packages for potential clients in compliance with corporate standards.
- Would develop and maintain important long-term professional relationships with major existing and new targeted clients to maximize the awareness of SSOE services and to obtain new business for divisions in all offices.
- Develop and execute a marketing/business development plan for new and existing clients, which includes objectives, assignments, and budgetary information.
- Determine the specific operating group, division, subsidiary or existing client to be cultivated, and sets specific goals for each.
- Maintain a control system to measure the performance of the marketing effort and activity review system for management, and reports quarterly.
Minimum Education and Experience 10 years related experience. Familiarity with the AEC industry required. Experience in Business Development for Retail Architecture strongly prefered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize.
- Demonstrated presentation, communication and proposal writing skills.
- Knowledge of prevailing software applications.
- Must have inititive and the ability to be self directed.
