Position Summary:
A Sr. Architect with experience in industrial facilities and Project Management who will primarily be responsible for the architectural design and production of construction documents.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and production of industrial construction documents.
- Manage mid to large size industrial projects.
- Work and participate on other projects within the office.
- Lead assigned design and production teams.
- Provide architectural mentoring and training to other staff members.
- Coordinate architecture with engineering design and documents.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Master's degree preferred. Registered Architect Preferred. 8-10 years directly related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Prior industrial experience with construction documents, specification and construction administration.
- Proven ability to managing design and production teams.
- Experience working in multi-office environments.
- Proficient in Microstation or AutoCad. 3D experience a PLUS.
- Working knowledge of building codes and systems relative to industrial occupancies.
- Strong communications skills.
- Must be organized, results oriented, innovative and be able to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment.
