Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-discipline projects related to the design and construction of industrial facilities.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary project start-up documentation.
  • Organize and distribute project workload among various offices and teams.
  • Ensure projects are in line with project schedule and budget.
  • Facilitate communication and interaction with teams, owners, clients, and contractors.

Position Type: Contract / Regular Full-Time
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree / DIRECT / 6-8 OSHA 10/30-hour Construction Certificate preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Required: PMP certified, seeking certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations, specifically using PMP principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple disciplines, organizing workload between offices with different geographical locations.
  • Effective delegation skills as well as mentorship / guidance of junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and project tracking skills to lead and support teams across multiple locations.
  • Possesses leadership abilities
  • Effectively able to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Prior experience in Deltek Vision a plus.

Position Summary
Experience in industrial and manufacturing facility planning, design, and construction. Experience in automotive / transportation facility-related sector also required, with experience in general industrial / manufacturing sectors desired.
