Glass Industry Leader Joins SSOE

Toledo, Ohio – A. Thomas Nestor, PE joins SSOE, Inc. as an electrical engineer working with world leaders in the glass industry. Mr. Nestor’s experience in the glass industry dates back to 1972 when he began working at Owens Illinois in designing power systems for a plant in Shreveport, Louisiana. Since then Mr. Nestor served as the lead electrical engineer for the design and construction of several new glass plants and glass furnaces within the U.S. and internationally. His titles have ranged from General Manager to Corporate Electrical Engineering Department Manger, Plant Engineer, and Engineering Personnel Development Manager for prestigious firms including Owens Corning, Owens Illinois, Prestolite, Saint Gobain Containers and Orbital Technical Solutions.
