Schrader has nearly two decades of experience in design, project management, and commissioning in the food manufacturing industry. Greg also has manufacturing facility equipment design and process improvement experience.
Schrader has managed multi-million dollar food processing projects with an emphasis on bringing valued added features to clients. To that end, he received a team award for cost effectiveness from a former employer when he devised a route for a client to install equipment in 30 percent less time than the industry benchmark.
Schrader is located in SSOE’s St. Paul, MN office which recently celebrated its four year anniversary. He attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
