TOLEDO, OH, November 13, 2008 – SSOE, one of the nation’s largest architecture and engineering firms, announced that they have promoted four corporate employees in their Toledo, Ohio headquarters as the start of the 2009 planning year has begun.
Dennis Longeway, Senior Associate, has been promoted to Business Leader in the Finance department. He will assist the strategic business units in operations management through financial analysis of past performance and future forecasting allowing him to support each unit’s business needs individually. Lisa Behrendt, Senior Associate, Training and Development and Jennifer Wuertz, PHR, Senior Associate, have both been promoted to Business Leaders in the Human Resources department. They will be responsible for assisting the HR director in planning and organizing programs needed to meet the needs of the business units within SSOE, including the acquisition, management, development, and retention of talent. They will also formulate and oversee plans, policies and procedures, including budget development and administration. Also of note, Courtney Tolson has been promoted to Training Specialist.
