Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a widely used process improvement methodology. LSS is designed to systematically reduce waste, variation and cycle time for a product or service. NOLSSC strives to achieve these goals while improving quality from the process customer’s perspective.
NOLSSC is open to all practitioners of LSS or those interested in learning more about this exciting and growing field of study.
