Ellard’s term begins on June 01, 2011 and ends on May 30, 2013. Ellard previously held the position of Vice President – Legislative for the past six years as well as Vice President – Technical for the last two and a half years. He has been actively involved with the organization since 1992.
James Ellard, CPD, is a Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer for SSOE with over 20 years experience. As a Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), he specializes in designing plumbing, specialty piping, and mechanical systems for clients such as the University of South Carolina, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Ellard received his Certificate in the Design of Plumbing and Related Sanitary Systems from Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, Boston, Massachusetts.
