Position Summary

SSOE has an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk whom can take on some basic tasks to help balance the workload of the US Project Accounting Coordinator team.

This role is within our Corporate Finance team in our Toledo Ohio office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deltek: timesheet patching that comes thru helpdesk request
  • Project patching that surfaces during billing reviews
  • Budget updates to projects as directed by Project Accounting Coordinator leader
  • Post daily cash receipts
  • Handles highly proprietary information in a confidential manner at all times.
  • Additional tasks as directed that provide relief to PAC team

Minimum Education and Experience

Associate’s Degree / DIRECT / 0-2

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic accounting knowledge that includes understanding the impacts of transactions on GL and familiarity with cash receipts processes.
  • Personal computer and mainframe experience required.
