Bill oversees projects with the attitude of client advocate; ensuring that teams have the full support, guidance, and direction necessary to achieve all project objectives with the goal of exceeding client expectations. He maintains a high-level of communication with client decision-makers and ensures that project teams stay one step ahead of the project, maintaining momentum that drives projects to success. Bill’s experience includes a broad range of project types including facilities for the state and local governments, corporations, and judicial. Bill is also very active with professional and community organizations including the America Institute of Architects, Georgia Association of State Facilities Administrators, Georgia Association of Physical Plant Administrators, Construction Owner’s Association of America, and several community boards.
