SSOE Group to Exhibit at the American Municipal Power (AMP) / Ohio Municipal Electric Association (OMEA) Conference

Columbus, Ohio, September 17, 2013 SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) firm is proud to announce their participation in the American Municipal Power (AMP) / Ohio Municipal Electric Association (OMEA) Conference and Annual Meeting to be held October 28 – 31, 2013 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton Hotel, in Ohio.

The AMP / OMEA conference provides a forum for attendees to discover important industry trends and regulatory developments and will feature informative sessions on issues and technologies affecting public power, local government, and the electric utility industry in general. It will also provide an opportunity for participants to connect with more than 400 public power colleagues and learn best practices and innovation in power supply, operations, finance, and technology.

A group of SSOE’s power experts will attend the conference and exhibit at the Municipal Electric Partner (MEP) reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 29th. “We look forward to this event every year. As a supplier to AMP we’ve worked on more than 700 projects at 50 member locations including a full range of transmission, distribution, substation and cogeneration projects.
