Cookies, Tracking Pixels and Analytics

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for navigational purposes. A cookie is a small text file placed on your hard drive (not on the Website) by a web page server. Cookies make your Internet experience quicker and more convenient. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do. Accepting a cookie from the Website does not give us access to any of your Personally Identifiable Information. You can also configure your browser to inform you when cookies are created or to prevent cookies from being created.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect general information about the use of our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to gauge how effective our marketing campaigns are and to improve the content on our website. Google Analytics collects computer environment characteristics when you visit the website, rather than your name or any other personal identifiable information. We do not combine the information collected with Google Analytics with any other information that would make it possible to identify an individual. More information about how this technology works and how this tracking data is used can be found here How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services – Privacy & Terms – Google

LinkedIn Pixel Tracker (Insight Tag)

This is used to establish symmetry between the job postings that exist on our website and LinkedIn. A tracking pixel is embedded in our job postings and a cookie is placed on a candidates’ computer or device when they view the job. The only purpose this serves is so that when a candidate applies for a job via this website, we know that the applicant got directed from the LinkedIn job post where applicable. We do not combine this data with any other data that would make it possible to identify an individual. Information on LinkenIn’s privacy policy and how this tracking data is used can be found here LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
