Our Commitment

SSOE’s Inclusion and Community Impact focus allows us to be dedicated to fostering a workplace culture where every employee feels welcomed, valued, and empowered. Through strategic initiatives like Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), annual trainings on allyship and microaggressions, and robust community engagement programs, we aim to drive meaningful change both within the organization and across the communities SSOE serves. In 2024 alone, employees volunteered over 7,000 hours to a wide range of causes—from youth mentorship and food banks to animal rescues—demonstrating the company’s deep commitment to social responsibility. The team also leads efforts in equitable hiring, supports underrepresented groups through scholarships and internships, and integrates Design for Equity and Wellness principles into project delivery.
