SSOE Group Welcomes New Talent Management and Development Director Viviana Donikian

ATLANTA, Georgia, April 26, 2023 — SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, is excited to announce the hiring of Viviana Donikian as Director, Talent Management and Development. Donikian will be based in SSOE’s Atlanta, Georgia, office and will report directly to the firm’s Senior Vice President, People and Culture, Brad Rowe.

Donikian brings over 20 years of human resources experience to SSOE. Most recently, she spent 12 years with the Clorox Company advancing through their Latin American and U.S. operations. As Clorox’s Global Talent Management Director, she provided design, development, and implementation of global talent strategy related to all talent processes. Donikian’s addition to SSOE’s Human Resources team rounds out the firm’s global human resources leadership structure, which consists of Jennifer Wuertz, Principal, Vice President, who leads the Human Resources Center of Excellence, and Mike Alek, Business Leader, who leads the Talent Acquisition team.

Rowe commented on her hire, stating, “Viviana’s talent and development experience, along with her global experience, aligns well with the needs of SSOE and our growth strategy. She brings to SSOE a proven history of aligning talent strategies to achieve overall business strategies. She will be directly responsible for SSOE’s global talent management and development teams and will work collaboratively with Operations and Human Resources to drive talent strategies that align with SSOE’s People and Culture focus.”

Donikian received her Master of Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. She resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.
