SSOE Group Welcomes Waynetta Rogers, HR Manager, to their Nashville Human Resources Department

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, July 10, 2019 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering, and construction management, is proud to announce the addition of Waynetta Rogers, PHR, SHRM-CP, to their Human Resource (HR) department. Waynetta is an HR Manager located in SSOE’s Nashville, Tennessee office.

In this role, Waynetta will lead human resource activities for three of SSOE’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs): Automotive and Manufacturing Facilities (AMF), Healthcare, Commercial, and Education (HCE), and SSOE Systems, the firm’s construction management group. Waynetta comes to SSOE from Scripps Networks Interactive; an American mass media company, now known as Discovery Communications, where she started as Human Resources Coordinator, was promoted to Recruiting Operations Specialist, and then Employee Relations Manager. Additionally, she has been a Human Resource Consultant, where she guided and advised various clients across interior design, media, and non-profit industries on best practices and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Waynetta received her Master of Arts with a concentration in Human Resource Training and Development from Tusculum College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
