SSOE Group’s Bill Clark Awarded Bronze Medal Award from AIA Georgia

ATLANTA, Georgia, January 3, 2021 – SSOE (www.ssoe.com), an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, is proud to announce that Bill Clark, AIA, LEED AP, principal, was awarded the 2020 Bronze Medal from the Georgia Chapter of The American Institute of Architects (AIA Georgia).

The Bronze Medal Award recognizes the accomplishments of any program, institution, or AIA member who has furthered the objectives of the American Institute of Architects. Winners were revealed at the AIA Georgia Design and Honor Awards, which were hosted virtually in December of last year.

Clark was honored for his ability to advocate for the architectural community, by actively seeking opportunities that advance the public’s understanding and appreciation of design while also mentoring the next generation of architects. By fully embracing the spirit behind what it means to be a ‘Citizen Architect,’ Bill has worked tirelessly to promote the architecture field through select venues that include forums with the Atlanta Business Chronicle and AIA’s Discover Architecture.

Having served as the Past President of AIA Atlanta, Clark’s impressive portfolio of work includes the recently completed Nathan Deal Judicial Center, Georgia Municipal Association’s new Headquarters, and several projects for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
