At SSOE, we’re getting into the holiday spirit by reflecting on the great things we’ve
achieved together this past year.
2022 brought us safely back to the office,
together and better than ever
As a company, we’ve prioritized making SSOE a more flexible and inclusive place to work,
knowing that this will have a tremendous impact on the stellar work we do for our clients.
A few examples of how we’ve come together?
- By implementing a successful hybrid work schedule that allows employees to work from home as well as collaborate in the office.
- Creating our first-ever Employee Resource Groups. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve.
- By adding over 300 incredible new team members to the SSOE family, we’ve increased our total global headcount to over 1,300 professionals!
We’re back together with our clients.
We are thrilled to be back on-site and in-person with our amazing clients, attending several groundbreaking ceremonies and celebrating important project milestones. SSOE’s team members have participated in many conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, and awards ceremonies with our clients and colleagues in 2022.

- We have been instrumental in the growth of emerging high-tech industries. We are currently engaged with 25+ electric vehicle / battery manufacturing projects across 18 facilities in the U.S. and Mexico—and the list keeps growing.
- We successfully opened a new office in Austin, to better serve clients in the Southwest U.S.
- SSOE had a very exciting and busy year. We cannot thank our colleagues enough for working so hard and being committed to delivering a quality product to our clients!
SSOE and United Way – together under one roof
This year, we welcomed our long-standing community partner into our world headquarters.
- We’re excited about the unique opportunity this move provides both organizations to work together to further cement Uptown Toledo as a unique hub for integrating private industry, STEM, and community outreach programs.
- As a company, we had a record-breaking year by contributing over $250,000 to United Way, via employee pledges, leadership matches, raffles, and other fundraising events across all of SSOE’s U.S. locations.
Together, we gave back to our communities in a big way
During the holidays, our thoughts turn to giving back to the communities where we live
and work. We continue to donate our time, talents, and financial support to a variety
of nonprofit organizations that are important to our clients, colleagues, and
communities across the U.S. and around the world.

hours per person, which SSOE matches with a donation as a way of
supporting the future of our communities.
