SSOE Group Welcomes Christopher Thomas as Lead Estimator to their Toledo Office

TOLEDO, Ohio, October 30, 2013 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) firm, is pleased to welcome Christopher Thomas, as Lead Estimator in the project services group. Chris will primarily be responsible for management and coordination of all estimating activities.

In his new role, Chris will work closely with the project services group to enhance estimating activities including cost structure and bid analysis to further refine estimating precision. Jenny MacLeod, PMP, CCE, CDT, Technical Department Manager in SSOE’s Project Services group stated, ”We’re very excited to bring Chris on-board to lead our team of estimators. His vast industry experience working for general contractors will bring valuable insights to our estimating system, drive standardization, and provide a fresh perspective on estimating activities that will in turn benefit our clients.”

Chris has over 13 years of experience in the project estimating field and his expertise spans all phases of estimating, project management, and planning. He comes to SSOE from Lakeshore TolTest Corporation in Maumee, Ohio where he served as Chief Estimator since 2008 and led an estimating team who worked with clients in locations across the globe.

Chris will be located in SSOE’s Toledo, Ohio, office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and minor in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
