
PHEONIX, Arizona, September 9, 2026 – SSOE Group, an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, announced today that Charles Jabara has joined the firm as a Principal Business Leader overseeing the Life Sciences sector. Life Sciences is a broad, recognized sector that includes pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as biomedical, diagnostic, clinical, and research laboratories.
Based in Phoenix, Charles will also help strengthen SSOE’s presence in the Southwest by providing leadership to support the continued growth of the Phoenix office, while advancing the firm’s relationships with life sciences clients nationwide.
Charles brings experience spanning advanced manufacturing, life sciences, design and construction, facilities planning, operations, and project management. His background combines strategic business development with a practical understanding of the execution demands facing life sciences clients as they develop, expand, modernize, and bring regulated facilities online.

In addition to his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Charles also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, OSHA 30-hour, Process Hazardous Assessment (PHA) & HAZWOPER 40-hour, and IOSH Managing Safely certifications. He brings industry engagement and relationship-building experience through his involvement as a Board Member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering’s Southwest Chapter, where he supports membership and networking activities.
In his new role, Charles will lead SSOE’s efforts to expand its presence in the life sciences sector by connecting clients with the firm’s integrated architecture, engineering, program management, commissioning, and qualification capabilities. He will focus on supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as biomedical, diagnostic, clinical, and research laboratories, across the facility lifecycle—from research and development environments and pilot-scale operations to cGMP manufacturing, sterile processing, laboratories, cleanrooms, utilities, packaging, and supporting infrastructure.
