TOLEDO, Ohio, April 28, 2025 – SSOE Group, an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, is excited to announce the election of Susan Shultz, CEO & Founder of TeamStack.ai, as a new outside Board director. Shultz was elected by the firm’s shareholders for her exceptional industry perspective, proven leadership success in both private and public markets, and her remarkable ability to inspire teams to innovate, excel, and deliver beyond expectations.

SSOE maintains four outside directors as part of its Board makeup. As current outside director John Pemberton exits the Board of Directors at the end of his term, Shultz will fill this role and serve a three-year term, effective immediately. She brings a wealth of experience in engineering, construction services, and AI, and previously held executive leadership roles at Excelerate LLC, Arcadis, and AECOM. She completed the Harvard Business Analytics Graduate Program and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
