Longtime leader will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in January 2027 as part of a planned leadership transition
TOLEDO, Ohio — September 23, 2026 — SSOE Group, a global architecture and engineering firm, announced that Greg Brogley, PE, PMP, has been selected as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer. Brogley will serve as CEO-Elect and President effective October 4, 2026, and will assume responsibility for the firm’s day-to-day operations beginning in January 2027.
Current CEO Vince DiPofi will remain with SSOE and work closely with Brogley throughout the transition, continuing to provide leadership and support the transfer of critical knowledge and relationships. This planned, collaborative approach is designed to provide continuity for clients and partners and maintain business momentum.

Brogley has nearly three decades of experience with SSOE. He joined the firm in 1998 and has held a series of leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Facilities Operations Manager, and Vice-Chair of the SSOE Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has led major business units, strengthened client relationships and strategic partnerships, developed talent, and advanced growth initiatives that expanded SSOE’s ability to serve clients across markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo.
