Senior Staff Accountant

SSOE is searching for an experienced accounting professional to join it’s Leon, Gto. team as a Senior Staff Accountant. In this role, the staff accountant will work directly with the US based finance team to lead and support all accounting responsibilities for the SSOE Mexico operation. This position will report directly to the International Controller who is based in Toledo, OH.

An ideal candidate will have previous experience in a multi-national company, as well as a desire to work with remote teams.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Industrial)

The Senior Electrical Engineer will coordinate with the US team to develop drawing packages as well as scope documents and specifications for projects in both the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, with 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Ability to work within project budgets and schedules, Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, Organizational capabilities, including coordinating work with other disciplines.

Experienced in design of low & medium voltage industrial power distributions systems including motor controls, power systems studies, protective device coordination, short circuit analysis, and arc flash techniques. Familiar with consultant business practices and ideally some experience in a manufacturing facility. Coordinate with Department Manager, Section Manager and Team Leaders for technical solutions, conceptual design, manpower and staffing needs. Work with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and scopes. Work with client engineers to make sure designs meet the client needs.

Mechanical Engineer

We are looking to hire a Mechanical Project Engineer who will work onsite assisting one of SSOE’s clients in the commissioning and startup of their plant. Desired candidates will have a mechanical engineering background and must be familiar with automotive plant facilities and equipment.

As a Project Engineer you will evaluate existing systems through field observation, investigation and testing. You will determine root cause issues and develop corrective action plans to submit to the Owner.

You will be expected to work off hours, as required for testing, and occasional weekend or holiday hours to take advantage of plant shutdowns for easier access to systems.

You will obtain field data, developing engineering reports and cost estimates to review with the Owner. You will have interface with the contractor and trades onsite.

Architect

Architect, that will be part of the project design team performing design support in his/her disciplines. Ideal candidate would be an architect with design, calculation and CAD capabilities. More than 10 years of experience developing industrial projects and with some business development experience.

Electrical Designer (Manufacturing)

SSOE is currently seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team. The Electrical Designer will support large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects consisting of low and medium power distribution lighting and communication systems. As part of an international design firm working with a USA-based team, you will leverage Revit and other modeling software to provide value-based design for our world-class clients.
