Battery Assembly Plant Expansion

We’ve made our mark as experts supporting the transition to electric vehicles and across the battery manufacturing supply chain and are actively engaged in 18 EV / battery manufacturing projects across 16 facilities in the U.S. and Mexico.
We were awarded a multi-year master services agreement to provide engineering services to Corteva Agriscience—which includes engineering services for Corteva’s U.S. Crop Protection projects for the next three years and beyond—and received high praise from Dow for services provided on the lab / office multi-year program at their corporate facilities in Midland, Michigan.
We’ve added to our documented client savings, achieving more than $1.6 billion since we started tracking in 2009.
SSOE was ranked in five Top 10 categories by industry-leading publication Engineering News-Record, including a #2 ranking in Semiconductor Design for the second consecutive year. We were also recognized as one of the fastest-growing architectural, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the U.S.

We furthered our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, updated our company mission statement, implemented a new organizational structure that positions us for growth, and made history by appointing our first woman president and chair of the board.
With the acquisition of 100-year-old Southeast U.S. design firm Stevens & Wilkinson, we added nearly 100 wonderful colleagues to the SSOE family.
We introduced a new hybrid work model with both in-office and remote options—along with expanded parental leave policies—as a way to provide permanent flexibility to our employees who continue to deliver unparalleled client value.
