SSOE Group’s Birmingham Office Invites Clients & Partners to Celebrate New Office Space

Open house to take place Thursday, August 22, 2019

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, August 15, 2019 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global architecture, engineering, and construction management firm, is proud to welcome clients and partners to their recently relocated office space with an Open House taking place at 2204 Lakeshore Drive, Suite 110 in Homewood, Alabama.

On Thursday, August 22, 2019, SSOE’s local staff in Birmingham and leadership from other SSOE offices will host the Open House event from 4:30 – 7:00 pm. SSOE will demonstrate cutting-edge technology with stations showcasing their in-house drone / UAV, laser scanning, and virtual reality equipment. Dinner will be catered by Jim ‘N Nick’s BBQ and there will be an opportunity for attendees to enter raffles to win a number of exciting prizes.

SSOE, recently named the third largest engineering firm in the city by the Birmingham Business Journal, established its first Birmingham office in 2012 with the acquisition of CRS Engineering & Design Consultants. In 2017, they further expanded their Southeast U.S. operations by acquiring architectural firm The Burell Group, bringing additional resources and architectural expertise to SSOE.

In 2018, Bob McCain, PE, Vice President, was appointed Division Manager to oversee SSOE’s Southeast U.S. Industrial Operations. Bob expressed his enthusiasm for the event stating, “We’re excited to have our Birmingham staff under one roof, moving from two separate offices. Our new, larger, more convenient location is down the street from historic Samford University and just minutes from downtown Birmingham, which will allow us to better serve our growing Southeast client base and offers flexibility for expansion of staff in the future. This Open House is a great opportunity to invite our valued clients and partners to our new, collaborative space and interact first-hand with the technology we’re implementing to bring innovative solutions to their projects.”
