Chris coordinates and facilitates multiple new construction and major remodel projects. He manages all aspects of projects, including generating proposals, overseeing the entitlements, building and site design process, bidding process, construction support services, monitoring project schedules and budgets, reviewing civil drawings and reports, and providing monthly status reports to clients. Chris has a variety of experience on large-scale, site development projects, with responsibilities ranging from initial site planning and civil engineering design to construction management of facilities. His design experience has included site grading, new roadway layout and improvements to existing roads, paving, parking layout, utilities, storm drainage systems and erosion/sediment control plans, including chemical treatment facilities and mechanical filtration systems. Chris has also participated in the development of civil engineering CADD standards and has provided coordination with public agencies to obtain utility connections, environmental permits, and building permits.
