William Beauregard

William’s overall role as an architectural designer includes coordination and leading projects from design development through substantial completion. He has worked with a wide array of clients, including educational, healthcare, automotive, and retail clients nationwide. He also often acts as the construction administrator on large projects, which includes attending field construction meetings, developing solutions to field issues, RFI, and shop drawing review. Years of field experience helps with internal team coordination of building systems and resolve issues before construction begins. He is responsible for the output of multiple projects while consecutively meeting client expectations and budgets in a timely manner. He is also experienced in producing graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. He coordinates and communicates with his team, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet all project objectives. His knowledge regarding relevant building codes and permitting procedures aid in producing a quality design.
