SSOE is currently seeking a Structural Designer to join our Automotive, Manufacturing and Facilities team. Qualified candidate has experience working on industrial building projects, particularly within the Manufacturing and Automotive industries. Experience with Commercial and Institutional projects is preferred. Candidates must have significant experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Industrial)

The Senior Electrical Engineer will coordinate with the US team to develop drawing packages as well as scope documents and specifications for projects in both the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, with 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Ability to work within project budgets and schedules, Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, Organizational capabilities, including coordinating work with other disciplines.

Experienced in design of low & medium voltage industrial power distributions systems including motor controls, power systems studies, protective device coordination, short circuit analysis, and arc flash techniques. Familiar with consultant business practices and ideally some experience in a manufacturing facility. Coordinate with Department Manager, Section Manager and Team Leaders for technical solutions, conceptual design, manpower and staffing needs. Work with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and scopes. Work with client engineers to make sure designs meet the client needs.

Structural Engineer

SSOE is currently seeking a Mid-level Structural Engineer to join our growing structural team. Projects will vary in size, nature and scope, but include Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial and Institutional projects. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit Structure and Navisworks as well as commercially available structural analysis and design software packages including RISA-3D and STAAD is required.
