Section Manager (Construction)

The Construction Section Manager will be part of SSOE’s Mexico’s core leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Mexico Operations Manager, the Construction Section Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our site team in Leon. With a staff of 10+ employees, the Construction Section Manager will play an key role in delivering quality projects to our clients, he will oversee all employees, project coordination, and quality control.

FMCG – Construction Project Consultant (Cost Analysis Expert)

Position Title – ” Cost Analysis Expert ( FMCG -Building Construction projects) ”

Client requirement -Provide Cost Analysis Services to support the future India CAPEX plan investments ( at Hyderabad location)

Key Credentials

Graduate or masters in construction management.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience in FMCG- Consumer goods sector in construction and cost management.
Experience on cost optimization for industrial projects.
Excellent coordination skills.
Experience in cost benchmarking for FMCG sector.
Understanding on related Indian standard codes.
Hands on experience on MS office, AutoCAD (advantage).

Construction Coordinator

SSOE is a US-based Engineering, Architectural and Construction Management firm. Our growing Mexico operation is looking to hire Construction Coordinators to join their team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be part of SSOE team in Queretaro, Mexico supporting our industrial projects. We have a large automotive project where you would be working onsite monitoring the construction progress, ensuring the General Contractor is adhering to safety requirements, and working on behalf of our Owner to ensure budget, schedule and quality of the project is on track. You will monitor the construction activity, including progress, manpower and schedule while reporting back to the Owner.
