Qualified students have completed structural engineering coursework at an ABET accredited program and have proficient computer skills.

Construction Management Co-op (Spring 2020)

SSOE Group is looking for a student to join our Project Controls Department at our award-winning Toledo office. Candidate should possess the desire to work under EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) resources for our organization while providing support to our design and engineering staff. The co-op assignments are structured so that the candidates develop the ability with each new work term to accept work assignments with increasing level of complexity and self-reliance.

SSOE internships provide opportunities for students to gain experience in their field, determine if they have an interest in a particular career, and create a network of contacts.

This opportunity is considered integral to the Construction Team and will be provided tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating. Under guidance of the Construction Execution Team, the students will be assigned to teams associated with ongoing EPC or EPCM programs.

Although SSOE makes no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our Interns fully capable of stepping into a full-time rotation program to prepare them for a project management or construction position within our organization by the end of the program.
