That’s where you come in! We are looking for someone who not only understands emerging technologies and infrastructure, but can work with our executive team and across our organization to drive SSOE forward in making technology transformational within our business.

The VP, Technology is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. It is a highly visible role that has frequent collaborative interaction with leaders and employees throughout our global organization.

Senior Architect (Healthcare)

Our Architects at SSOE are the creative drivers that work closely with our project teams, project managers and clients. From proposal throughout the design process and construction, to the close out and project completion, the Architectural team is key in keeping the client’s scope in sight.

It is by using our technology that we can tell the story, coordinate real-time clashes and collaborate on projects in half the time. This technology, along with the additional wide variety of design software, that we use, aides our organization in providing the best options and solutions for our clients

At SSOE, our senior Architects are considered Subject Matter Experts, and help establish process, procedures, work flow along with mentoring and guiding the staff on projects. Senior Electrical Engineer (Commercial Facilites)

SSOE Group is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer with consulting design experience in electrical power, lighting, and grounding systems for commercial and retail buildings. The applicant will act as an electrical team leader on selected projects, complete designs using design software, direct designers, AutoCAD operators, BIM modelers and act as support on other projects. The position will report directly to Section Manager.

Must have strong communication skills and some working knowledge of project design, construction, design software, cost, and scheduling.

Structural Engineer (Semiconductor)

SSOE is seeking a Structural Engineer for our Tool Install division in Hillsboro, Oregon. This structural engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of routine engineering assignments under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer with increasing responsibility based on performance. Will work on fast-paced, complex, industrial projects within the tool install high-tech industry.

Mechanical Engineer (Industrial)

As an Mechanical Engineer, you are at a pivotal point in your career. The ultimate goal for our engineers to hold an active, vital role in our project delivery designs. You will partner with the manager to determine the direction in the company you want follow. Many of our upper level and senior engineers/leaders in the company started as a co-op/intern or joined us right out of college, and navigated themselves to where they are today.

Architect (Semiconductor)

SSOE is seeking a registration-tracked Architectural Designer for our Hillsboro, OR office. Background in architectural or structural design is preferred; experience using Revit, AutoCAD 2D or similar is required, 3D skills relevant coursework or courses is a plus.

Work with project architect to develop and produce contract documents as part of a multi-discipline team for industrial and manufacturing clients. Architectural design development, coordination, document production. Will use basic knowledge of building codes, materials and building systems while working with and under the guidance of a senior Architect.

Electrical Engineer (Semiconductor)

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and applying standard engineering methods and techniques for the execution of work on small to larger projects.

BIM Coordinator (Semiconductor)

We are currently looking to fill a full time BIM Coordinator position in our BIM/VDC department. You will be implementing BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process for our design team. This position requires strong technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, working with in a fast paced, multi discipline and innovative environment. In depth knowledge of Navisworks required.
