Global re-certification reflects SSOE’s unified culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.
TOLEDO, Ohio, April 28, 2026 — SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, proudly announces that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2026 – 2027 across its operations in the United States, Mexico, and India. This marks the organization’s ninth time of recognition in the U.S. and a significant milestone as SSOE achieves certification simultaneously across all three countries where it operates.
The Great Place to Work® certification is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through the Trust Index™ survey. This year, 82% of SSOE employees globally said the company is a great place to work—significantly exceeding the average for typical companies.
“Our vision is to imagine and create the future with our clients, colleagues, and communities,” said Vince DiPofi, PE, CEO of SSOE Group. “Achieving certification across the U.S., Mexico, and India demonstrates that our culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation is consistent around the world. This recognition belongs to our employees, who bring that culture to life every day.”
SSOE’s global recognition reflects the strength of its integrated delivery model and shared culture across regions. Through its Global Workforce Optimization (GWO) approach, teams collaborate seamlessly across geographies to deliver complex projects while maintaining a consistent employee experience.
