The VP, Technology is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. It is a highly visible role that has frequent collaborative interaction with leaders and employees throughout our global organization.

Structural Section Manager (Manufacturing Facilities)

Our team is looking to for a Senior Level Structural Engineer to be a Section Manager who would be a professional for some of our larger and more complicated projects. Since SSOE Group is an employee owned, it is Senior Associate leaders who have the opportunity to be a invited as principle and have ownership in the company. Senior Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)

SSOE is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for our Troy, MI office location. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have 8+ years of experience working with industrial facilities. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for detailed phases of engineering work on major projects or total engineering work on projects of smaller or moderate scope.

Mentoring of junior staff is essential in this role. As a senior-level Mechanical Engineer, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to share all that you’ve learned throughout the years with the next generation of talent and thought leaders at SSOE.

Candidate must hold a PE license or be eligible to hold a PE license within 12 months of hire.

Senior Structural Steel Detailer

High school diploma/GED required. Associate or Bachelor degree-tracked in engineering related field or completion of a structural detailing apprentice program preferred. Practical working experience in the structural steel detailing field is a must.
