Alicia, an Assistant Project Manager primarily supporting complex battery facility projects and a shining star among SSOE’s young professionals, also uses her talents to be an agent of change and impact her community.

Alicia is a dedicated volunteer and serves as the co-volunteer Chair of the Young Leaders Society Board with the United Way of Greater Nashville. She has also co-chaired the LGBTQ+ Alliance Employee Resource Network and led a company-wide United Way fundraising campaign at her previous employer. Alicia’s passion for volunteering began with her work at a Restorative Justice Center, and she continues to inspire others with her commitment to making a positive impact.
