James, a Senior Project Manager within SSOE’s Advanced Technology business unit, was recently named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Portland Business Journal. James’ leadership and dedication have been key in managing large-scale semiconductor projects. With a background in nuclear engineering from West Point and over seven years of military service including flying Apache helicopters, James brings a unique skill set to SSOE. After earning his Master of Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, he has led projects with budgets totaling several hundred million dollars.
