Midland, Michigan, May 07, 2012 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), an international architectural, engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) firm, welcomes Richard Fosgitt, PE as a Program Manager and newest addition to its project and construction management group. Fosgitt will be based out of SSOE’s Midland, Michigan office. Fosgitt will lead the implementation of Net Zero Energy (NZE) initiatives for Federal Government clients.
