Carey, a professional engineer, joined SSOE in 2015 as a Project Manager for the Basebuild Division of the Advanced Technology group in Hillsboro, Oregon. She became a Section Manager and assumed more of an operations role in 2018 with oversight of both project delivery workflows and project finances. In 2023, she became the Senior Vice President and SBU Manager of the Advanced Technology – Basebuild Operations. Most recently, Carey was promoted to Senior Vice President for the Advanced Technology Operation. Carey leads the merged Basebuild and High-Tech groups as one Advanced Technology Operation, supporting a growing semiconductor client base. Carey holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California San Diego and Master of Science from California State University Long Beach.
