Matt joined SSOE in 2007 when he started as a Mechanical Engineer in what is now our Process operation, with a focus on industrial chemical projects. He moved through the ranks to become a Department Manager for Process Mechanical and most recently Matt has served in a business development-focused role where he has been heavily involved in new client pursuits. He is frequently called upon as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for industrial and chemical process work as part of his charge to drive new business for SSOE. At times, Matt has also taken on project management responsibilities to ensure a project’s success from start to finish. In PY24, Matt has taken on a new role coordinating the U.S. effort for increased GWO with India. He continues to stay actively involved as a Program Manager / Account Manager for a key client and maintains involvement in business development activities.

Matt has more than two decades of technical experience and works out of SSOE’s Toledo, Ohio office. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
