Scott brings 35 years of progressive experience in the engineering and construction industry to SSOE. He joined the firm in 2023 from his previous AEC-industry employer where he spent over two decades serving in various leadership roles. He is responsible for developing and implementing battery manufacturing and complex project program strategies. He develops business plans, forecasts, and staffing models, as well as operational processes and work instructions. Additionally, Scott is charged with building program management teams and the integration of global workforce strategies into SSOE’s battery and identified complex projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and an Associate of Applied Science from New Mexico Junior College. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico and Texas and is a registered Professional Surveyor in New Mexico.
