Adrienne has been with SSOE for more than 20 years, progressing from a junior engineer to leadership roles supporting the firm’s Process operations. She now serves as Principal Engineering Manager, providing overarching engineering leadership and support across the Process SBU. In this role, Adrienne helps strengthen technical coordination, support engineering teams, and enhance the quality and consistency of execution across the organization. Her experience includes managing operations for process engineers, piping designers, instrumentation and controls, and project managers, supporting chemical clients with projects ranging from plant expansions to greenfield projects. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and became a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio in 2010.
