Ashwin joined SSOE in 2019 as Business Leader responsible for overall India operations including integration of teams across borders, allowing shared work responsibility and an increase in the resource pool for clients. Additionally, he is the liaison with U.S. corporate functions. With more than 20 years of experience, Ashwin has an extensive project delivery background including field monitoring and construction management experience. He has served as the Owner’s Representative in large plant projects, while also providing project management oversight.

Prior to joining SSOE, his project experience included projects for the Delhi Airport, Maruti Suzuki plant, and a Toyota plant. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
