
Carrie González is a seasoned marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in B2B marketing within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. As Director of Strategic Marketing & Client Pursuits at SSOE Group, she leads a dynamic team dedicated that drives firmwide pursuit excellence. Her role bridges strategic marketing, proposal development, and client positioning—ensuring alignment with business development priorities and sector-specific growth goals.
Carrie began her career at SSOE in 2010, becoming Director of Marketing in 2022. In that role, she oversaw internal communications, public relations, social media, and recruitment marketing, while managing client-facing deliverables such as proposals and presentations. Her strategic leadership has played a pivotal role in elevating SSOE’s brand and marketing impact across multiple platforms.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Toledo, along with a certification in AI applications for marketing. Carrie also leads AI-driven initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness and elevate the client experience.
