Jim serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Integration, focusing on enterprise priorities and supporting the execution of the company’s long-term plan. He works across corporate functions and business units to help advance key strategic initiatives and strengthen alignment across the organization. He began his career with SSOE in 2001 as a Controls Engineer in SSOE’s Food and Consumer Products SBU. His career continued to progress, and in 2009, he was promoted to Section Manager of the Food and Consumer Products Controls Department. In 2011, Jim was named Department Manager and became a Principal in 2015. He later advanced to SBU Manager of the Food and Consumer Products SBU and was named Operations Manager for the Process Operations group in 2021. Jim is a past recipient of SSOE’s Leadership Award for demonstrating exceptional leadership throughout his career with SSOE. He has led staff across locations and successfully managed multiple accounts and projects for clients as both an Account Manager and Project Manager. Jim is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
